Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the Nodexi Agentics platform, API, and services (the "Services"). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP and to ensure your end users do the same.

1. Prohibited activities

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights;
• Engage in fraud, deception, or impersonation;
• Infringe intellectual property or misappropriate confidential information;
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications;
• Collect or process personal information without a lawful basis or required consent; or
• Resell or sublicense the Services except as expressly permitted.

2. Prohibited content

You may not use the Services to generate, process, or distribute content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or abusive;
• Sexually exploits or endangers minors;
• Promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activities;
• Constitutes malicious code or facilitates attacks on systems;
• Provides instructions for creating weapons or other serious harms; or
• Discriminates against or harms individuals or groups unlawfully.

3. Security & integrity

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, accounts, or systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
• Circumvent rate limits, quotas, authentication, or other technical controls;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization; or
• Use the Services in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

4. Responsible AI use

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them and for using the Services in a manner consistent with applicable law. Where appropriate, you should disclose to your end users that they are interacting with AI-generated content, and you should not use the Services to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human oversight.

5. Enforcement

If we believe you have violated this AUP, we may take action including issuing a warning, throttling or suspending access, removing content, or terminating your account, with or without notice, depending on the severity. We may also cooperate with law enforcement where required.

6. Reporting abuse

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to support@nodexi.top so we can investigate.
