This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for the Nodexi Agentics platform and services (the "Services"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Paid plans combine a recurring subscription fee with usage-based charges, as described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period (for example, monthly). Usage charges are billed in arrears based on the capacity your application consumes during the period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us at support@nodexi.top. When you cancel:
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in this policy, subscription fees and usage charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused capacity, or unused subscription time.

Usage charges reflect capacity already consumed and are generally non-refundable. We encourage you to set appropriate limits and monitor your usage to manage costs.
If you identify a charge you believe is incorrect, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve the issue. We will review confirmed billing errors and correct them, including issuing refunds where appropriate.
To request a refund, email support@nodexi.top with your account email, the relevant invoice or transaction reference, and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge requests within one business day and to resolve eligible refunds within a reasonable period, typically processed back to the original payment method.
