This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Nodexi Agentics, LLC ("Nodexi," "we," "us") processes and ships orders. Specific shipping methods, costs, and timelines for your order are confirmed in your quotation or order confirmation. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
Orders are processed once payment (or the agreed deposit) is received and order details are confirmed. Lead time depends on the product and quantity — in-stock items typically ship within a few business days, while made-to-order and bulk items follow the production lead time stated in your quotation.
We ship by sea, air, and express courier, selecting the method that best fits your order's size, urgency, and destination. For larger or international orders we work with established freight forwarders and couriers. The agreed method and applicable Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP) are stated in your order confirmation.
Shipping costs depend on weight, volume, destination, and method, and are quoted before you confirm your order. Depending on the agreed Incoterms, shipping may be prepaid by us and included in the invoice, or arranged and paid by you.
We ship worldwide. Delivery timelines for international orders vary by destination and method and are estimated in your order confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring the products may be lawfully imported into the destination country.
Unless your order is shipped on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, import duties, customs charges, and taxes in the destination country are your responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price. Customs processing may affect delivery times. We provide the documentation needed for customs clearance.
Where the shipping method supports it, we provide a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its progress. For freight shipments, we share the relevant transport documents.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipments may be delayed by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, and other events. We will keep you informed and help resolve issues, but we are not liable for delays caused by such factors.
If your shipment arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, contact us promptly (within 7 days of delivery, or the expected delivery date for lost shipments) with your order reference and any photos. We will work with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.
