This Delivery & Access Policy explains how Nodexi Agentics, LLC ("Nodexi," "we," "us") delivers digital products — API credits, prompt packs, skill packs, datasets, templates and developer tools. All products are delivered electronically; we do not ship physical goods. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
After your payment is confirmed, your purchase is delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. Depending on the product, delivery is a license key, a secure download link, account/API-credit activation, or access instructions. Please make sure your email address is correct before you pay.
Most products are delivered automatically within minutes of a successful payment. Some items — for example custom packs, certain datasets, or team licenses — are prepared and delivered manually, typically within one business day. Any longer turnaround for a made-to-order item is stated at checkout or in your quotation.
Keep your delivery email and any license keys safe. Download links remain valid for a reasonable period after purchase. If a link expires or you lose your keys, contact us with your order reference and we will reissue access to the original purchaser at no charge.
Digital products are licensed, not sold outright. Unless otherwise stated, a purchase grants a single-user license for your own or your organization's internal use. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of files, keys, or credits is not permitted. Team and multi-seat licenses are available — see our Terms of Service or request a quote.
If your delivery email hasn't arrived within the expected time, first check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, email sales@nodexi.top with the name and order reference from your payment confirmation and we will resend it promptly.
Our products are available worldwide except where prohibited by law or sanctions. You are responsible for ensuring your use of a product is lawful in your jurisdiction. API credits are subject to the availability and terms of the underlying model providers.
